About Crystal:

In June 2003, Crystal graduated as one of Mountain View High School’s class valedictorians and continued her education at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She attained her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in May 2007. Crystal grew up in South El Monte and has long been active in her community, church and philanthropy. She passionately believes that education is the “great equalizer” and hopes that every student can go to college and reach his or her American Dream. In the future she plans to go to graduate school and run for public office. Crystal lives in southern California with her husband, an active duty U.S. Marine.
